How to cook
Wash the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Finely chop the remaining vegetables.
Put 2 liters of water in a small pot, add the carrots first, then the onion and pepper.
Before they are cooked, add the potatoes. Towards the end, add the noodles and season with salt and black pepper.
At the end, sprinkle the vegetable soup with parsley and it is ready.
