How to cook
Beat the eggs with a wire whisk, add the tahini, stir the mixture with a wooden spoon until it is homogenous and this happens after three or four stirs. The mixture resembles cake batter.
Add the baking powder mixed with the yoghurt, stir again and pour it onto baking paper, by trying to form a pizza base.
Put it in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) for 10-15 minutes and when it is almost ready, take it out of the oven, spread the toppings on it, which I personally cut into thin pieces and arrange them on the pizza.
Put it back in the oven and bake it for about 5 minutes, until the mozzarella melts, without turning burning.
The toppings I chose - two fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, anchovies, basil, olives, and a drizzle of olive oil.
