How to make
Peel the sweet potatoes with a potato peeler, because their skin is very thin.
Then cut them into very fine circles or semicircles with a sharp knife.
Soak them in a bowl filled with very cold water for about 10-15 minutes. Then they are taken out and dried onto kitchen paper.
In a bowl, mix the olive oil and spices. The sliced raw chips are rolled in the flavored olive oil.
Bake them onto baking paper in a baking pan in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees).
Bake the chips on top for 10-15 minutes, then turn them over and bake them on the other side.
Serve the baked and cooled (so that they are crunchy) chips with ketchup.
If desired, sprinkle them with grated white cheese or mozzarella.
The oven-baked sweet potato chips are very tasty.
