How to cook
Wash the zucchini and cut them in half.
Carve out the inside of each one with the help of a spoon.
Finely chop the onion and the carved out part of the zucchini.
Wash the carrot and grate it on a grater.
Pour the oil into a pan, add the onion and the carved out part of the zucchini, as well as the minced meat and rice.
Stew them in a little oil and water.
Season the mixture for the delicious stuffed zucchini with paprika, black pepper and parsley.
Fill the zucchini with the mixture and arrange them in a rectangular baking pan.
Pour a little water and put the stuffed zucchini with minced meat in the oven to bake until they're done.
