How to cook
Wash the quinces, then cut them in half and carve out the inside by digging out a small well.
Put the walnuts with dates and raisins in a chopper and chop them into small pieces.
Add the cinnamon to them and mix well with a spoon.
In each half put 1 tsp. of honey and spread the mixture with walnuts.
Bake them at 430°F (220 degrees) for about 50-60 minutes until they're ready.
This way the stuffed quinces become quite soft and pleasant to eat.
