How to cook
Mix the flour, cocoa, baking soda and powdered sugar and sift them all together.
Grate the dark chocolate and cut the butter into pieces. Pour the water and cream and heat them over low heat, while stirring constantly, until a smooth cream is obtained.
Beat the eggs, mix them with the cream and add them to the chocolate mixture, while stirring gently with a spatula. It is very important to actually melt the chocolate over low heat, so that it is not hot and so that the eggs don't lump up.
Add the dry mixture in portions, while beating with a mixer on medium speed, until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Pour it into a baking pan lined with parchment paper - sizes 8x8″ (20/20 cm).
Bake the chocolate cake for 30 minutes at 360°F (180 degrees) in a preheated oven.
Serve the dark chocolate cake with whipped cream and chocolate syrup or sprinkled with grated dark chocolate.
