How to cook
Mix the yogurt and milk with powdered sugar and cocoa in a bowl. Beat with a wire whisk, so that there are no lumps and so that everything dissolves well.
Add the chia seeds to the resulting chocolate and milk mixture and stir.
Transfer it into a serving cup and refrigerate it for at least 1 hour for the seeds to swell and so that a thick creamy pudding can be obtained.
Garnish with white chocolate shavings and fruit of your choice before serving.
* For a healthier and more dietary option, use brown sugar or another sweetener such as saccharin, stevia or agave syrup instead of white sugar. It would turn out good with honey.
