How to cook
Mix the milk with the condensed milk.
Separate 2/3 cup (150 ml) of the mixture and dissolve the flour in it well.
Heat the remaining amount on low heat.
Pour the sugar into a pot with a few drops of water and prepare the caramel.
Pour the warm milk mixture inside and start stirring, until the caramel is completely dissolved.
Boil the caramel mixture and then pour in the dissolved flour.
Pour the semolina inside and stir the delicious pudding until it thickens.
Distribute it into glass cups and leave it to cool.
The homemade caramel puddings are a great dessert.
