"An appetizing salad with fresh vegetables and the smell of summer!"

Ingredients

  • peppers - 6.5 lb (3 kg), red and green peppers
  • eggplants - 6.5 lb (3 kg)
  • tomatoes - 1 jar of tomato paste
  • garlic - 1 cup, chopped
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • vinegar - 1 cup
  • oil - 2 cups
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Bake the peppers and peel them, remove their seeds and stems. Bake the eggplant and cut the peppers into small pieces.

Put the vegetables in a large pot, add to them the garlic, tomato paste, sugar, vinegar, oil and salt to taste. Mix everything well, fill it in jars, close and sterilize them for 20 minutes.
