How to cook
The minced meat is mixed with 2 tablespoons of rice, a pinch of paprika and 1 tablespoon of water. Mix well, divide into small meatballs and roll in the flour.
The onions are cleaned, cut finely and put in boiling water with salt and the dissolved broth. A few minutes later, add the meatballs, the remaining rice and tomatoes that have been chopped into small cubes.
Boil for 25 min with the lid off. Lastly, add the butter and parsley. Remove the soup from the heat. Thicken with the beaten egg and sprinkle it with black pepper.
