How to cook
Chop the fresh garlic, onions, parsley and dill very finely. Put them in a special serving dish. Pulverize an egg and add it in.
Top with the beaten yoghurt with oil, which can be substituted with olive oil, along with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well and smooth out the top using a knife.
If desired decorate with finely chopped dill or green garlic around the top.
