How to cook
Select hard pink tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Chop the parsley and mix it carefully with the tomatoes along with the majority of the very finely crushed onions.
Put the walnuts, garlic and salt in a mortar and pestle and grind them. Add sesame oil, lemon juice and mix well. Pour this over the tomatoes and parsley and mix very well.
Distribute in plates, decorate with onion crescents and serve.
