Pre-soak the beans in cold water for one day. Boil them and add a little oil. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the finely chopped onion pieces and chili peppers.
Add the minced meat with tomato paste at the end. Leave until the mince browns well and season it with all the spices. Lastly, add the cooked beans, mix and allow to simmer for a few minutes.
Serve with a sprig of parsley.
