  • puff pastry - 9 oz (250 g)
  • eggs - 5
  • lemons - juice of 3
  • margarine - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • sugar - 4/5 cup (180 g)


Distribute the puff pastry into a round form and pierce the bottom with a fork. Leave in the fridge for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 356°F (180 °C). Put the dough to bake for 10 minutes.

Melt the margarine in a pot. Beat the 3 eggs and 2 egg yolks and sugar together until the mixture whitens. Add the lemon juice and melted margarine. Spread this cream on the puff pastry and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
