"When you have this many eggs for Easter, why not whip up this spectacular appetizer?"

Ingredients

  • eggs - 5, boiled
  • crab rolls - 5
  • mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • sour cream - 1 tablespoon
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • dill - 2 tablespoons chopped + sprigs to decorate
  • vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • lettuce - 1 - 2 leaves for decoration

How to cook

Cut the boiled eggs in 2 and distribute the whole egg whites in a dish. Blend the yolks with the chopped crab rolls, mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, dill, salt and pepper to a smooth mixture.

Fill the eggs with the resulting dip. Make a decoration from fresh dill sprigs and put a lettuce leaf in the middle along with an unwound crab roll.
