How to cook
Peel the potatoes, cut and boil them until half-cooked. Heat the butter in a large skillet, fry the potatoes and season with salt and curry to taste. The steamed potatoes are served on a plate, and topped with walnut sauce.
The sauce is made from the pressed garlic and ground walnuts, which are fried in 2 tablespoons of butter. Carefully add 2/5 cup (100 ml) of water, and then 1 tablespoon of cream.
The sauce is boiled, seasoned with salt, nutmeg, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, a little basil, and poured over the potatoes.
