How to cook
The gelatin is dissolved in water according to the package directions and allowed to swell. Then melt it in a pan on the stove. Allow it to cool.
Mix the cottage cheese, yoghurt, milk and lemon juice in a bowl with a little salt and beat continuously until you get a smooth mixture. Thereto, beat the gelatin mixture and put it into a suitable container-mold.
Put it to solidify for a few hours in the refrigerator. The finished fake feta cheese is flipped over onto a plate before serving. Cut it into larger cubes. Sprinkle it with spices to taste and plenty of extra virgin olive oil.
