Ingredients

  • coffee - 2 cups, strong
  • milk - 2 cups, skimmed
  • cocoa - 1 tablespoon, unsweetened, powdered
  • sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • vanilla - 1 teaspoon of extract

Preparation

The moccachino can be prepared hot or cold. First, boil 2 cups of coffee and pour it into a small pot. For a cold moccachino, mix the skimmed milk, cocoa powder, sugar and vanilla extract. Stir everything well and allow the mixture to simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.

Allow the liquid to cool. In a shaker, shake the ice cubes, add them to the moccachino, shake well and distribute into 2 glasses. For a hot moccachino, after removing the pot from the heat, mix the still hot ingredients with an electric mixer.

Pour thus obtained liquid with foam into pre-prepared tall glass coffee cups and serve.
