Cut the meat into cubes and mix it with the flour to form crumbs. Gradually add water, salt and sugar. The entire dough is mixed well and left for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Grate the cheese.
Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry until golden, then leave it to drain a little. Beat the eggs with the cream and yoghurt, add the cheese, salt, bacon and gently stir the mixture. Heat the oven to 392°F (200 °C). Remove the dough from the refrigerator, roll it out and place it in the baking form.
Make holes with a fork in several places. Put baking paper on top. Bake for almost 10 minutes. Remove the paper and put a few cubes of butter on the bottom, then fill the form with the cheese mixture.
Bake for about another 30 - 35 minutes, until ready.
