How to cook
Cut the meat into pieces and sauté it in 2-3 tablespoons of oil. Remove it and sauté the chopped onions in the same oil. Add some finely chopped red tomatoes and paprika. Return the meat, add salt and top up with hot water and wine.
Allow to boil and add the mushrooms, then ten minutes later - add the julienned, or whole peppers. Once the meat and mushrooms are soft, add the remaining oil and the cleaned and washed rice. Transfer everything in a clay pot, cover it and put it to bake.
Shortly before removing it from the oven, add the remaining chopped tomatoes, stir with a large spoon and finish cooking for another 10-15 minutes. The finished stew with goat meat is sprinkled with crushed black pepper and chopped parsley.
