Smear a tray with oil on the bottom. Place 2 phyllo pastry sheets. The remaining products are mixed in a large bowl. Add water / milk until everything gets the consistency of a runny cake batter.
Take a phyllo pastry sheet and dip it in the bowl. Soak the entire sheet. Then gently squeeze, but not too much, to strain it. Place the strained ball in the tray. Do not squeeze it too much, let air remain in the sheet.
Repeat the same procedure for all the sheets, line them up next to each other. If any mixture is left over, pour it over on top. Finally cut some butter over the pastry.
Bake at 356°F (180 °C) until browned.
