How to cook

Mix the finely chopped parsley and crushed garlic with the oil. Peel the cucumbers and cut them into very thin rings, mix them with the cream, parsley and garlic.

Cool for 1 hour in a refrigerator. Before serving, add the yoghurt, black pepper and salt.
