How to cook
Fry the finely chopped onion in the heated oil until it becomes translucent, then add the chopped garlic, spices and tomatoes.
Then add the diced sweet potatoes and pour about 6-8 cups of water. When the water boils, add the broth.
When everything is cooked, add the shredded spinach to the vegetable soup at the end and leave it for a few more minutes, until it softens.
The soup with black beans and sweet potatoes is ready.
