How to cook
Finely chop the spinach. Fry it with a little oil and then cover it with water and stew it.
When it is almost ready, add the rice and the remaining water. Add the paprika, cumin and sugar and leave everything to boil again.
When the spinach soup is cooked, beat the flour with a little cold water in a separate bowl and gradually add it to the soup.
Boil it for another 5 minutes and turn off the heat.
To finish it off completely, add the beaten egg along with the milk and season with as much salt as you like.
The classic spinach soup is ready.
