How to cook
The pork fillet is washed very well and lightly pounded with a knife, so that it can be fried well. Pound it with a wooden mallet to make it juicy after frying.
Each piece is seasoned with salt and rolled in flour. Fry it in heated oil.
Simultaneously with each prepared steak, fry the sliced onion for each portion, until it aquires a golden color and becomes crispy.
The mushrooms are washed very well and the stumps are removed and then they are fried in butter and a little oil.
After frying the meat, prepare the sauce in the fat by adding 3 tbsp. of flour, white wine, salt and black pepper.
Stir and leave the mixture to boil, then add the fried mushrooms. Boil for another 10 minutes.
The fresh potatoes garnish for the juicy rump steak are fried in the heated oil.
When serving, put the rump steak in a heated plate, place fried onions on each piece of meat, place the new potatoes on the side and pour the sauce over everything.
Enjoy this rump steak with white wine and new potatoes.
