How to cook
Clean the fish and rinse it well.
Pour water into a large bowl along with the salt. Stir well, until it dissolves.
Cut the mackerel into pieces and put it in the bowl for about 2 hours.
Then wash it from the brine and arrange it in another bowl along with the sliced onion.
Pour the pre-mixed oil and vinegar over them. Sprinkle with spices, which are suitable for fish.
