How to cook
Tear the cauliflower into small pieces, wash them and dry them onto kitchen paper. Grind the parmesan in a blender, then add the cauliflower. Crumbs should be obtained.
Add the grated yellow cheese, eggs and the spices. Blend for a few seconds to mix all of the ingredients for the cauliflower base.
If you do not have a blender, you can do everything by hand, but it will take longer to finely chop all of the products.
When you are done, pour the thick mixture into an oven tray, in which you have previously placed baking paper. Distribute them mixture and shape it into a circle.
Bake the pizza base for half an hour at 360°F (180 degrees) in a preheated oven. When it's ready, spread it with tomato sauce. Arrange the ham, add the capers and arugula. This is a great homemade pizza!
