How to cook
Divide the cauliflower into pieces. Wash it under running water. Put water and salt in a pot and leave it to boil. Blanch the cauliflower for 3 minutes.
Arrange the cauliflower pieces, the mixed cooking cream, egg, parmesan, salt and black pepper.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese on top again. Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) for about 25-30 minutes.
The result is an irresistible oven-baked cauliflower casserole with parmesan!
