How to cook
Arrange the sliced sauerkraut into the guvec, then cut the pork into cubes and place it on it, add a cup of rice, a layer of sauerkraut, sliced chicken and finally a layer of sauerkraut.
A few bay leaves are placed between the sauerkraut. Each layer is sprinkled with black pepper and paprika.
Cover the guvec with the lid. The kapama is baked in a moderately heated oven and is ready in at least 4-5 hours.
The kapama with two types of meat is very tasty.
