How to cook
Beat the eggs with the sugar using a mixer.
Add the oil and flour in portions, by stirring in the meantime. Sift the flour in advance and add the baking powder and baking soda.
Add the fanta, vanilla extract, lemon peel and chopped walnuts.
Stir until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Grease the sponge cake tin with a little oil and heat the oven. Pour the cake mixture, by separating about two or three spoons of it, to which you will add cocoa. Add the cocoa mixture and stir gently to create patterns.
Bake it at 390°F (200 degrees) until it's fully baked. You can reduce the oven during baking to 360°F (180 degrees).
Check the readiness of the cake with a wooden stick.
Cool the finished cake and sprinkle it with powdered sugar. The Sponge Cake Delight is ready.
