How to cook
Finely chop the onion and garlic and clean the spinach from the stalks.
Stew them along with the bacon in a deep pan with a little olive oil.
After that pour them in a bowl and mix them with the ricotta, nutmeg and salt.
Put the puff pastry in a pie tin and distribute the mixture over it.
Press the edges of the dough and spread them with the beaten egg yolk.
Bake it at 390°F (200°C) for about 40 minutes.
This puff pastry pie with spinach and bacon is very tasty.
