How to cook
Mix the dry ingredients and add the butter to them, while stirring at all times. Beat the egg lightly beforehand and add it.
Mix, until a slightly crumbly dough is obtained. Distribute 1/2 of it on the bottom of the baking pan.
Mix the sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice and cinnamon together and mix them with the diced peaches.
Pour the mixture over the dough and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle the rest of the dough on top.
Bake at 180 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Cool it well.
Prepare the filling (optional) by mixing powdered sugar with the almond extract and milk.
Before serving, sprinkle the crumble with the filling.
The peach crumble is ready.
