How to cook
The washed and cleaned from the stems and seeds peppers are cut into small pieces and blended with 10 oz (300 g) of sugar. Then transfer the mixture into a pot and refrigerate it for 24 hours.
The next day, take it out of the fridge, put it on the stove and when it boils, leave it to simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes. Then remove the marmalade from the stove and blend it with a blender. Place it back onto the hob and add the remaining sugar and honey. Boil again for 10 minutes.
