How to cook
In a bowl, mash the bananas along with the cottage cheese and spices.
Beat the eggs in a blender, then add the banana mixture and beat again, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Pour the resulting mixture into silicone muffin tins and bake them at 390°F (200 degrees) for about 20-30 minutes.
I added walnuts on top of some of the muffins for decoration, before placing them in the oven.
The no-flour healthy banana muffins are ready.
