How to cook
Fry the flour in the melted butter. When it aquires a golden color, dilute it with milk, until a thin paste is obtained.
Boil, while stirring at all times.
Crumble the white cheese and pour it inside. Add salt. Boil the porridge, until it aquires the desired density.
Remove the porridge from the heat and season it with black pepper.
The white cheese porridge is ready.
