How to cook
The yolks are beaten with a wire whisk. Dilute with some of the milk.
The remaining milk along with the sugar is put on the stove to boil.
The heated milk is added to the yolks. Place them back onto the hob and cook, until they have slightly thickened. They should not boil. Flavor with vanilla. Leave them to cool.
Beat the cream, until a smooth and thick mixture is obtained. The egg and milk mixture is added to it. Stir, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
The biscuits are crushed and mixed with the nuts.
The bottom of the container is covered with the milk mixture. Sprinkle it with biscuits.
Next up is the milk mixture, biscuits, etc. until you run out of products.
The container is placed in the refrigerator, so that the dairy ice cream can freeze and you can enjoy an incredibly delicious ice cream with biscuits.
