How to cook
First, prepare the chocolate cream.
Beat the liquid cream along with the sugar, until a fluffy mixture is obtained.
In a bowl, combine the espresso, mascarpone, cocoa, vanilla and nescafe. Mix well with a spatula, then add the whipped cream.
Stir gently, so that the cream stays fluffy.
At the bottom of suitable serving cups put the crushed biscuits, the cream on top, more biscuits and finish off with cream.
Stick a whole cookie on top. Cool and serve the delicious cream.
