How to cook
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, add the oil, milk, vanilla essence and continue to stir.
Finally, little by little add the sifted flour along with baking powder and cocoa.
Pour the finished mixture into a greased round cake tin, which is lined with baking paper.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
For the icing for this tasty chocolate cake, melt the dark chocolate along with the butter in a water bath and stir, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Place the prepared and slightly cooled chocolate cake onto a tray and spread the brownie generously with the chocolate glaze.
Leave the brownie cake in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to cool slightly.
