How to cook
Clean the pumpkin from its peel and put it in the food processor. Grind it into small pieces.
Add the dates to the pumpkin and blend again.
Add the cocoa, flour and butter.
Stir and pour it into a baking pan, which you have covered with paper in advance. Bake the brownie for 70 minutes at 320°F (160°C).
The healthy brownie with pumpkin is ready.
