How to cook
Heat the milk and sugar over medium heat.
Beat the yolks separately and gradually add a small amount of the warmed milk. Add the cocoa and stir constantly, then pour everything into the warm milk.
Place the pot back onto the hob and add the chocolate, which has been broken into pieces. Stir, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Cool the cream and only then add the whipped cream.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream machine. After 50 minutes, the homemade ice cream is ready.
If you don't have a machine, put it in the freezer and stir from time to time to avoid the formation of crystals in the chocolate ice cream.
The chocolate ice cream is ready.
