How to cook
Knead the dough by dissolving the yeast in warm milk and water. Add the rest of the products and knead, until a soft but non-stick dough is obtained. Leave it to rise.
During this time prepare the products for the filling. Knead and roll out the dough into about 0.2″ (0.5 cm) thick crust.
With the help of a cutter I cut out the mini pizzas and garnish them with tomato sauce, ham, mushrooms and yellow cheese or other products of my choice.
I have prepared them this way for the kids.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 440°F (225°C) for about 8-10 minutes.
The quick pizzas for kids are ready.
