How to cook
Wash and dry the lamb. In a bowl, mix the mint with the salt, black pepper, paprika and oil.
Rub the lamb well with this marinade. Arrange the meat in a greased baking pan. Pour the wine and water on the side of the meat - the ratio should be 50/50.
Cover it with foil and bake it in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) for about 2 hours.
Remove the foil and roast the lamb, until it aquires a crispy crust.
The roasted lamb with white wine is ready.
