  • red cabbage - 7 oz (200 g)
  • spring onions
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice - from 1/2 lemon

How to cook

Wash the salmon and cabbage.

In a pan heat about 1-2 tbsp. of olive oil and seal the cabbage for 5 minutes. Season it with salt.

Cook the salmon well.
