How to cook
Wash the potatoes and scrub them by hand, so that the skins fall off.
Cut them in halves or quarters and pour them into a large baking pan.
Season them with spices and mix them well with a little oil.
Cover them halfway with water and bake them at 390°F (200°C) with a fan for about 30 minutes. Leave them to aquire a crust.
Wash the green spices and finely chop them.
Mash the whole head of garlic with a garlic press and add it to the baked potatoes.
Sprinkle them with dill and garlic and serve them as a side dish.
The fresh garlic potatoes for garnish are very tasty.
