How to cook
Use fresh or frozen blueberries - whatever you have on hand.
Pour the fruit into a bowl and mash them.
Add the sugar and yoghurt to them and stir.
Transfer the mixture into an ice cream machine or freezer. If you put it in the freezer, you need to stir it from time to time, so that no crystals form.
When the frozen yogurt is firm enough you can serve it. Garnish it with fruit for an even better taste.
The frozen yogurt for kids is ready.
