How to cook
The dark chocolate is cut or crushed into small pieces. In a large bowl, beat the egg whites, until the mixture becomes white. Their volume triples.
Add the pieces of chocolate and coconut shavings, until a thick mixture is obtained. Stir the mixture with a spatula, so that the volume of the egg whites does not decrease.
From the resulting mixture, for chocolate biscuits, form ball using a spoon and place them onto baking paper.
The keto biscuits are baked for about 10-12 minutes at 360°F (180°C) with the fan on. When they aquire an appetizing color, they are ready to be served.
If desired, pieces of almonds or other nuts can be added to the biscuit mixture.
The keto biscuits with coconut shavings are delicious and interesting in appearance.
