How to cook
Finely chop the onion. Heat the oil and stew the onion with a little water. Once it softens, add the washed rice.
Cook briefly and transfer the products into a baking pan.
Add the corn and peas and pour 2 cups of warm water. Crush the cube of broth, season with salt and sprinkle with parsley.
Stir and place the baking pan in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C).
Bake the rice in the oven for about half an hour.
The lean rice with corn and peas is ready.
