How to cook
Heat the milk and cream in a saucepan over medium heat. In a bowl, beat the brown sugar with egg yolks and two whole eggs.
Add one vanilla to the heated milk and remove it from the heat. Scoop a ladle of milk and pour it in a thin stream into the egg mixture.
Be careful, so that the eggs don't lump up, then mix with the milk and cream and mix everything well.
The mixture is poured into creme caramel molds, which are arranged in a baking pan, which is half full of warm water.
The delicate creme caramel is baked in the middle of a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C), until the mixture is firm.
The creme caramel molds are taken out to cool. The healthy dessert is served with pieces of strawberries.
