How to cook
For the semolina halva for guests, I fried the wheat semolina in butter, until it aquired a golden color.
During this time, in a pot, I boiled the sugar syrup from sugar, water, 2 vanillas and 1 tsp. of cinnamon.
I poured the hot syrup in a thin stream over the semolina and boiled for 1-2 minutes, while stirring at all times.
I transferred the juicy semolina halva into a metal cake tin, left it to cool and turned it over onto a tray.
