How to make
Put the garlic in a pot of water on the stove. When the water boils, discard it and replace it with a fresh one. Repeat the procedure at least 5 times to remove the sharp taste of garlic.
In a frying pan on the stove, prepare the marinade by mixing the olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a ratio of 3:1. Add the peppercorns, rosemary and thyme sprigs inside. Add honey. Add salt and boil the marinade.
Put the garlic cloves in a jar. Pour the warm marinade to the top and close it up with a lid.
Sterilize it, if you want to keep the marinated garlic for longer.
